Havana Royale Privacy Policy
A good club is discreet. This policy explains what personal data the house collects, why it is collected, how long it is kept and the rights you hold over it.
What We Collect
Account data — name, date of birth, e-mail address, country and chosen currency, provided at registration. Verification data — identity and address documents requested before withdrawals, as our licence requires. Transaction data — deposits, withdrawals, wagers and balances. Technical data — IP address, device and browser characteristics, and the cookies described in the Cookies Policy.
How We Use It
Personal data is processed to operate your account and the games; to meet legal obligations under our licence, including age verification and anti-money-laundering checks; to protect the club against fraud and abuse; and — only with your consent — to send offers and club news. Marketing consent can be withdrawn at any moment in your account settings, and every message includes an unsubscribe link.
Who We Share It With
Data is shared only where the operation of the club requires it: payment providers processing your transactions, verification services confirming identity documents, and regulators where the law obliges disclosure. The house never sells personal data, and every processor works under contractual confidentiality obligations.
How Long We Keep It
Account and transaction records are retained for the period our licence and anti-money-laundering rules require, generally five years after the account closes. Technical logs are kept for shorter operational periods. When a retention period ends, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
How We Protect It
Connections to the club are encrypted with TLS, documents are stored in access-controlled systems, and staff access follows the need-to-know principle. No system is beyond all risk, so we also keep the data we hold to the minimum the operation requires.
Your Rights
You may request access to the data we hold about you, correction of anything inaccurate, deletion where the law permits, restriction of processing, a portable copy of data you supplied, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Requests go to the concierge desk on the Help page and receive an answer within a month. If you believe the house has fallen short, you may complain to your data-protection authority.
