Responsible Gaming at Havana Royale

The best nights at the club end with a story, not a regret. This page collects every tool the house offers to keep play what it should be — entertainment.

The Golden Rule

Entertainment, Never Income

Every game on this floor carries a house edge. Over time the mathematics favour the casino — that is how casinos work, and no strategy, streak or system changes it. Treat every euro you stake as the price of an evening out: money you have already decided to spend, never money you need back.

Before you sit down, decide three things — how much you can lose without it hurting, how long you intend to stay, and what result will make you stand up. Write them down if it helps. The guests who enjoy this club the longest are the ones who arrive with those answers ready.

First Tool

Set Limits Before You Play

Your account settings include limits that the house enforces automatically once set:

Deposit limits cap what you can pay in per day, week or month. Loss limits stop play once net losses reach your chosen ceiling. Wager limits cap total stakes over a period. Session reminders (reality checks) interrupt play at set intervals with a summary of time and money spent, so an evening cannot quietly become a night.

Lowering a limit takes effect immediately. Raising one only takes effect after a cooling-off period — a deliberate delay that protects decisions made in the heat of a losing streak.

Second Tool

Take a Break

A time-out closes the doors for a short period of your choosing — 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a time-out you cannot deposit or play, and promotional messages stop. Time-outs suit guests who feel play creeping beyond the plan but do not want to leave the club permanently.

Third Tool

Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion locks the account for a longer term — six months, one year, five years or indefinitely. It cannot be reversed before the chosen term ends, deposits are refused, and the house removes you from every mailing list. If you feel gambling has stopped being a choice, self-exclusion is the strongest protection the club can offer, and the concierge will set it up without questions or persuasion.

Honest Questions

Signs Worth Noticing

Ask yourself honestly: Do you gamble to win back losses? Do you stake money meant for bills? Do you hide the amounts from people close to you? Has anyone expressed concern? Do you feel restless or irritable when you cannot play? Answering yes to any of these is a signal worth acting on — with limits, a break, or a conversation with one of the organisations below.

House Policy

No Minors at the Tables

Havana Royale is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Age is verified during registration and again before any withdrawal. If minors share your devices, keep your credentials private and consider parental-control software such as Netnanny or Betblocker.

You Are Not Alone

Independent, Confidential Help

These organisations offer free, confidential support in matters of problem gambling — anonymously if you prefer:

BeGambleAware — begambleaware.org · GamCare — gamcare.org.uk · Gamblers Anonymous — gamblersanonymous.org · Gambling Therapy — gamblingtherapy.org

None of them report to the casino, and contacting them changes nothing about your account unless you ask.
