Havana Royale Terms & Conditions

These terms form the agreement between you and Royal Entertainment N.V., the operator of Havana Royale, licensed and regulated by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under licence No. OGL/2024/1141/0842. Registering an account means you accept them. If any provision conflicts with a mandatory law of your country, that law prevails.

Membership is open only to persons aged 18 or older (or the higher legal age of your jurisdiction) playing on their own behalf with their own funds. It is your responsibility to confirm that online casino play is lawful where you live; the club does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where it is not.

One account per person, household and device. Registration details must be accurate and kept current. Your credentials are personal — the house is not liable for play under credentials you failed to protect. Identity and address verification is required before the first withdrawal and whenever the licence obliges a check. Accounts created with false details, or operated for another person, may be suspended and winnings withheld.

Deposits and withdrawals are made through the methods listed at the cashier, in euro unless the cashier states otherwise. Withdrawals return by the deposit route where the method allows. The house does not charge deposit fees; individual payment providers may. Minimum and maximum amounts, and processing times, are stated per method at the cashier.

Promotions are invitations of the house and carry their own terms — wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bets and expiry dates — shown alongside each offer on the Promotions page. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered before withdrawal, and opening bets above the stated maximum while a bonus is active may void its winnings. One welcome package per member.

Game outcomes are produced by certified random number generators. Exploiting software errors, using automated play, colluding, or abusing promotions breaches these terms; the house may confiscate proceeds obtained that way and close the account. Where a game round is interrupted by a technical failure, the round is resolved according to the recorded server state.

Limits, time-outs and self-exclusion are described on the Responsible Gaming page and form part of these terms. The house may apply protective measures of its own initiative where play indicates harm.

The club is provided as available; the house does not warrant uninterrupted operation and is not liable for losses caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including failures of networks and payment systems. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

The house may amend these terms; material changes are announced in advance in the club and take effect for play after the effective date. Questions about these terms go to the concierge desk on the Help page. These terms were last revised in 2026.
